Room by Room

Outside, the front garden has a small patio, ideal for sharing afternoon tea or a bottle of wine.

​

In the winter, a roaring fire greets you in the living room. This room  has a bright sunny aspect with views across the village green and down the Glaslyn valley. It also has a dining area where a traditional family dining table comfortably seats six guests.

​

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect. It leads out to the conservatory, which is very pleasant for leisurely breakfasts or enjoying dinner and a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

​

Just off the kitchen is a drying room and the downstairs shower room and toilet.

​

Upstairs, the front bedroom looks out to Moel Hebog and the Glaslyn valley - it has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, perfect for a hot soak after a full day in the mountains or at the beach.

​

The back bedroom has views up the valley towards the Snowdon range. It is twin bedded and there is also a travel cot available.

​

The enclosed rear garden has a lawn and shrubs, and a patio with garden table and chairs, perfect for a summer barbecue.

​

 

There is a secure garage with ample storage space for mountain/road bikes, golf trolleys, canoes, etc.

​

There is space to park in front of the garage and more parking at the end of the terrace.

​

For less able guests, an Acorn stairlift helps link the ground and first floors. In addition there is a seat and a grab rail in the downstairs shower room.

​

For younger guests there is a new cot, baby bath and high chair.

​

For fourlegged guests there is a bespoke bed in the kitchen, dog blankets and food/water bowls. We do not charge extra for pets.
