We take the health and safety of our guests very seriously and adhere to Welsh Government Covid guidance at all times.
We are delighted to be working with local professional cleaning firm, Cnicht Cleaning Services. All of CCS's staff have undertaken Covid training. This helps ensure our cottage is thoroughly cleaned after each visit so you can be confident of a safe and comfortable stay.

Terms and Conditions
These Ts and Cs apply once we have received both your booking form and deposit.

We cannot accept bookings from people under the age of 18 years.

A booking form and deposit of £150 for each week booked is required within 24 hours to secure your booking. Once these have been received the terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings.

Payment of the balance of the total cost of your holiday is due six weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your holiday and forfeiture of your deposit.

Amendment to dates or cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit, and unless we are able to re‐let, you will be liable for the outstanding balance. We recommend that you take out personal holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.

Only Guests named on the booking form may enter the property.

The Owners cannot accept any obligation/liability for any alteration/cancellation caused by civil strife, strikes, sickness, bad weather, transportation problems or other circumstances amounting to force majeure. We recommend that you take out personal holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.

The information describing the accommodation has been compiled as accurately as possible at the time of publishing. The Owners, however, reserve the right to make occasional changes as necessary, but the overall high standards will be maintained.

The Guest undertakes to keep the premises, furniture, fixtures and fittings and effects in the premises and gardens, in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the stay, excepting fair wear and tear. The Owners will require compensation for damage, breakages or loss of items.

The Guest undertakes to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and order as arrival day.

The Owners or representatives of the Owners will be allowed reasonable access to the property at all times.

The Owners reserve the right to request any guest causing a disturbance or behaving offensively to leave the accommodation immediately.

Whilst the Owners have in force all appropriate insurances for public liability, responsibility cannot be accepted for the personal effects of the Guests.

Guests are asked not to smoke within the premises.

Guests are asked not to use candles or any other open-flame lighting within the premises as this invalidates our insurance.

Guests are asked not to charge their electric vehicle at the premises as this invalidates our insurance. Local charging points are detailed in our arrival information.

The cottage is available from 4.30pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.

Pets are very welcome. Dog beds, blankets and water bowls are provided. Guests are asked not to leave dogs unattended or allow them upstairs unless they are assistance dogs.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Pillow cases, bottom sheets, duvet covers and traditional Welsh blankets for all permanent beds. Bath towels and handtowels are provided in the bedrooms, and tea towels and a hand‐towel are provided in the kitchen.

Oil-fired central heating is included in the rental price. In the winter, the open fire will be laid for your arrival and further logs/coal can be bought from the Village Shop. Guests are asked to not leave the fire unattended and to make use of the spark guard provided at all times.
